6 Week Pregnancy Yoga Courses

A nurturing space to move, breathe, and connect during pregnancy.

The pregnancy phase is one of the most beautiful experiences of woman's life journey, it is a beautiful time of change, and yoga can offer a moment to slow down, listen to your body, and feel supported throughout your journey.

Tara’s Yoga Stars prenatal yoga classes will provide a gentle and supportive practice designed to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected as your body changes. Ease common pregnancy discomforts such as back tension, hip tightness and pelvic heaviness

Classes will include:

- Gentle movement to support your changing body
- Breathwork and relaxation techniques to help you feel calm & grounded
- Building strength, confidence, and connection with your baby
- A welcoming space to connect with other mums.

Classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards, supporting you through your second and third trimester

*Included at the end of the course, your chosen partner/birth support person is welcome to join you for a special optional session to learn supportive techniques, build confidence and feel more connected throughout pregnancy and as you prepare for birth.

Whether you are new to yoga or already have a practice, you will be welcomed into a calm and supportive space.

What is the 6-week course?

This is a 6-week prenatal yoga course designed to support you through pregnancy with movement, breath and relaxation.

Each week focuses on a different area of the body and mind, helping you feel more comfortable, confident and connected as your pregnancy progresses.


What will I learn?

Over the 6 weeks, you will be guided through:

  • Gentle, pregnancy-safe movement

  • Breathing techniques to support calm and prepare for birth

  • Ways to ease common discomforts (hips, back, tension)

  • Strength and stability for your changing body

  • Deep relaxation and rest

  • You’ll also build simple tools you can use at home throughout your pregnancy


Do I need any yoga experience ?

Not at all. This course is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Options are always offered so you can move in a way that feels right for your body and stage of pregnancy.


Can I continue after the 6 weeks?

Yes, you’re very welcome to continue a further 6-week block if you wish, and if your pregnancy allows.

The 6 weeks gives you the foundations, tools and confidence to support your body, breath and relaxation throughout your pregnancy. I understand life is busy time, so the aim is to give you practices you can continue both in class and at home.

Classes are suitable from 12+ weeks of pregnancy. This is because the first trimester can be a more sensitive time, and many women benefit from gentler, more individual support during this stage. From 12 weeks onwards, classes can be offered in a way that feels safe, supportive and consistent for everyone attending.
