Where it all started:

A woman in a white top and red skirt is kneeling on the floor, holding a tray of items, possibly during a cultural or religious ceremony, with several women in white and patterned clothing standing behind her in a bright room.
A woman in a white traditional dress with black embroidery places a flower garland on another woman who is bowing her head, in a ceremonial setting with a light-colored curtain in the background.

Being a busy Mam working full-time, yoga became my space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Rolling out my mat was time just for me, sometimes to move, sometimes simply to be still, but always a space that brought me clarity and helped me reconnect with my body.

Yoga opened up a whole new world. Alongside running and cycling, it has supported my recovery, strengthened my body, and brought balance into my life. Yoga is not a workout, it’s a sacred practice which makes you guides you deeper and opens you up to so much more.

After six years of practising, I took a leap of faith to begin my journey of becoming a yoga teacher. In 2025, I travelled to the home of yoga, Rishikesh in India, where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, along with my pre and postnatal training.

Like everyone, I’m on my own journey. Yoga has helped me understand my body, build self compassion, and develop the tools to navigate a busy world.. both on and off the mat.

Your mat is your space, a place to move, rest, and just be. No one can take that away from you.

I’m here to guide and support you in finding that space within yourself.

I have a true passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing. When I’m not on my mat, you’ll find me travelling or outdoors, walking, running, or cycling with my family.
